We suggest that all the puffs should be consumed after the age of 4, simply because there may be a risk of choking, especially if your child isn’t used to crunchy solids. Please always supervise children while eating.
Our puffs and munches are from Supergrain millets like Ragi and Jowar, they are not fried, contain absolutely no Maida, no preservatives, no artificial colours or flavours and no transfat. Our Mighty Puff comes in a Choco Ragi Flavour and the Mighty Munches come in two flavours- Tangy Tomato and Cheese and Herbs.
They are ideal for a quick snack on the go, or a yummy treat in your child's school tiffin. Our kids love dunking the Choco Ragi Puffs in a bowl of milk making it a perfect before-school breakfast cereal alternative! You can always keep these packets handy in your travel bag.
We suggest that once your child can hold a roti, it is the perfect time to introduce our pancakes. Our pancakes are suitable for all children above 1 year. However, we understand that every child’s food journey is different and the parent is the best judge of when a child can start eating solid food.
Step 1: Mix ½ a packet of pancake mix, 1 egg (optional) and ½ a cup of milk into a smooth batter. You can also add 2 tablespoons of melted butter instead of an egg.
Step 2: Warm a flat non-stick pan to medium heat. Add butter to the pan. Pour the batter onto the heated pan and cook well on both sides. The goodness of Supergrains means that it doesn’t cook as fast as refined flour. Serve hot.
Step 3: Serve the pancakes with a cube of butter and honey, fresh fruits (we like banana and strawberry), a few nuts, peanut butter, or apple puree.
